Pet-Friendly Living

At Reverb at Spring Valley, we know pets are part of the family—and we’re happy to welcome yours home. Our pet-friendly apartment homes offer a comfortable lifestyle for you and your furry companions.

Pet Policy:

We welcome both cats and dogs, with a max of two pets per home and a weight limit of 45 lbs. Pet rent is $45 per pet, per month, along with a one-time $150 pet fee and a $300 refundable deposit per pet.
Just like their humans, all pets will need to submit an application and show proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
While we love animals of all shapes and sizes, some breeds just aren’t the right fit for our community. We’re unable to accept the following breeds or any mix of them: Akita, Boxer, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmatian, Dogo Argentino, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Karelian Bear Dog, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid.
