Pet Policy
We welcome both cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per home and a weight limit of 45 lbs. Pet rent is $35 per pet, per month. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and $500 for the second. Just like their humans, all pets will need to submit an application and show proof of up-to-date vaccinations. While we love animals of all shapes and sizes, some breeds just aren’t the right fit for our community. We’re unable to accept the following breeds or any mix of them: Akita, Boxer, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmatian, Dogo Argentino, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Karelian Bear Dog, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid.
